Our Story & History

A vision of a vacation/resort ownership destination community sited around an immaculately groomed golf course framed in the panoramic splendor of San Jacinto mountain range is the dream come true of Watt Industries and Princess Cruises. Since that visionary original concept, Desert Princess has evolved into the best lifestyle value in the Palm Springs area. This modern condominium community of 667 condos and 462 freestanding villas has maintained an inimitable sense of country club privacy while serving members and guests with its 27 holes of golf, the locals’ favorite, our Mountain View Grille, and a full service Spa and Fitness facility. There are 33 separate swimming pools on property, all maintained by the community. Nearby amenities include neighborhood supermarkets, dry cleaners, barber shops, nail and hair salons, a pharmacy, plus a wide assortment of restaurants in addition to our own. The Palm Springs International Airport is a short 10-minute ride away from our front gates.

Discover the Desert Princess for yourself.
