Clubhouse Desert Princess Country Club is a 27-hole championship golf facility  Lavish fairways, impeccable tiff dwarf bermuda greens, 21 lakes, 85 sand traps, and four sets of tees all combine to offer a challenge to all golfers. Pro Shop The golf shop staff, led by Director of Golf Rand Veal, PGA, is available for assistance with golf equipment needs, merchandise, accessories, golf course information. Desert Princess Country Club offers instruction from both of our PGA Professionals and our assistant PGA Professionals. On Lagos nine, water comes into play on six of the nine holes. The Vista nine offers the variety of a links-style course with rolling fairways. Cielo nine offers members and guests a challenging and scenic nine holes, with water on eight of the nine holes.  With four sets of tees, the course offers a challenging experience for golfers of all abilities. The championship tees play up to 6,781 yards and the forward tees play at a reasonable 5,217 yards. The course is open to members, their guests and guests of the adjacent Doral Desert Princess Resort Hotel. Please contact the Country Club for more information. Golf School Information We’d like to acquaint you with the Desert Princess School of Golf located at the Country Club. We offer two, three and four-day golf schools at the most reasonable prices in the desert, with excellent instruction provided by fully qualified PGA professionals to improve your golf game. The Instructors John De Santis is a lifetime member of the National Professional Golfers Association of America. He played the PGA Tour in the late 1960’s. Golf Digest rated him one of the four best instructors in the country and has published many of his instructional articles and tips. For more than 30 years, John has taught all levels of golf, from beginners to Tour players. His knowledge and expertise as a teacher have helped many golfers reach their potential. Jack Ewing is a PGA Class A professional golfer who played in the US PGA Tour for 12 years. He played in more than 300 tournaments in his career on the Tour and finished in the top 10 numerous times. As a golf instructor, Jack has taught the game for the past 15 years to beginners as well as advanced players. He is committed to passing his knowledge of the game of golf on to his students.
