Broken Window Insurance Information
Golf at Desert Princess is proud to introduce the Broken Window Insurance Policy. The purpose of this insurance is to limit the cost of replacing windows broken by golf balls when the golfer responsible for the broken window cannot be identified or refuses to make restitution. If you choose to purchase this insurance you will be part of the Broken Window Club. Upon receipt of the 100th application, those homeowners who have chosen to participate will be billed $5.00 to initially fund the club. When a window is broken, the Homeowner will notify the Golf Shop of the broken window and we will contact the vendor to have the window replaced using the monies collected from each participant. Members will be billed $5.00 after each broken window that is incurred by another member.
If you elect to participate, you can pick up an application at the Country Club, HOA Office or download the form on Desert Princess Live or by clicking here. Once it is filled out please return it to the Golf Shop as soon as possible. Your homeowner account will not be charged until the 100th application is received. If you have any questions regarding this policy please feel free to stop by the Golf Shop or call me at 760.322.2280.
