Code of Conduct
All persons (owners, residents, tenants, family, guests, members and/or invitees) at the Desert Princess
HOA community and Country Club are to conduct themselves with due consideration of each other
and towards the other members of the Association and/or Club, as well as the Board of Directors,
committee members, members of the Association/Club’s management company as well as employees
of the Association/Club vendors (hereinafter “Staff”). Improper conduct, obscenities, and/or verbal or
physical threats or abuse by Owners, residents, tenants, family and/or guests towards other Members,
residents, or Staff will not be tolerated. Actions by any person in the Common and/or Club Areas, which
may be dangerous, abusive, create a health or safety hazard, and/or create a hostile environment
toward Staff or any others are not permitted. The Association strictly prohibits sexual harassment,
whether directed at residents, guests, employees, management staff, contractors, or vendors.
Unwelcome sexual conduct that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment is a violation
of this Code of Conduct. The Board of Directors has the power to discipline any person for any such
conduct. Owners are responsible for the conduct of their guests, family, tenants, service personnel,
vendors, contractors, and any other invitees.
Clubhouse Dress Standards
Proper golf attire is required for all players while on the golf course with some leniencies on the practice areas and for resort guests. Proper attire shall mean the following:
Men – Shirts must have sleeves and have either collars or mock necks. Slacks or Bermuda shorts of appropriate length are considered appropriate attire. Tank tops, tee shirts, mesh shirts, sweat-pants, warm-up suits, blue jeans, swim wear, short shorts, cut-offs, gym shorts, or other athletic shorts are not permitted.
Women – Dresses, slacks, appropriate length skirts & shorts and blouses are considered appropriate attire. Halter tops, tee shirts, cut-offs, sweat-pants, warm-up suits, blue jeans, swim wear, short shorts and athletic shorts are not permitted.
Resort casual wear is acceptable in the clubhouse. Clothing that is revealing or immodest and bare feet are not acceptable for inside dining.
The golf professionals and management staff will address each unique situation understanding there are occasions and circumstances that will allow minor exceptions.
