All Golf Facilities open to the public and are currently open for play.
The Practice Tee opens daily at 6:30 except Tuesday when it will open at 8:00am and the practice tee closes consistent with the closing of the golf shop except Monday when it closes at 1:00 due to weekly maintenance.
All three nines are open and the greens are really good, course a bit browned out but improving daily. We sprayed all three courses and each nine is responding differently with Vista coming back the best so far. Again, the greens are really good. The purpose of the spray application is to eradicate unwanted grasses, weeds such as Poa annua and Nutsedge which allows our bermuda each year improve. The bonus is a much healthier stand of Bermuda Grasses throughout the property. Our remaining summer maintenance into overseeding is as follows:
Aerifications (these are wall to wall, not just greens)
Vista – closed August 25 and reopen on September 6
Cielo – closed August 11 and reopen on August 23
Lagos – closed July 21 and reopen on August 9
Fall Overseed
Practice Tee and Vista Nine – September 22 through October 18
Cielo Nine – September 29 through November 1
Lagos Nine – October 6 through November 7
